Moretz - A combination of two of our country's finest, Jonathan and Macintosh. Firmer than Macs with more snap.
DW - Definitely one of my favorites. So many awesome flavors, tart, sweet, good crunch, I could eat 10 at a time. Gorgeous colors and small size make me want to grab it.
CW - pretty good! Medium on all factors.

Moretz - medium sized green with a beautiful blush when exposed to the sun. Slightly tart and is the best for early season drying. Makes sauces butters and even pies. DOB 1817 New Jersey. Definitely a heritage variety.
DW - Pretty name. Not so much on the taste. Mealy, soft, earthy, carrots. Made a face.
Moretz - A big wonderfully tart (Granny Smith tart) that is the very best for making thick apple butter. In 20 minutes time you can have knife slicing butter. Not very pretty, but oh my at the butter. Discovered in New England in the early 1800s.
DW- Mild, crisp bite, not mealy at all. Lightly tart, easy to eat. Like a super mild Granny Smith. Probably good for salads if I ate those.
